The Ultimate Quest For The Ultimate Toys

Hasbro's 'Optimus Prime Voice-Changer Helmet®™' The Best!
The Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet is incredibly detailed, resembling Optimus Prime right down to the tiny grooves on his forehead plate. Constructed from durable plastic and finished in vivid colors, this helmet is virtually indistinguishable from the Optimus Prime in the movie. If your child isn't using it as a toy, you could easily put it out as a display piece. The helmet also features easy-to-adjust straps, which fit the helmet comfortably over your child's head. The helmet comes with well known Transformers phrases
"I AM OPTIMUS PRIME!" and the microphone is adjustable so you can speak in to it and have your own robot voice boom out nicely. If someone is standing next to you, they can hear your voice as well, but that's a minor point. Who says that toys are just for kids? Okay, so the Transformers Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet by Hasbro may be the ultimate space-age helmet for kids, but it's also lots of fun for adults. In addition to the helmet's cool-sounding voice-changing capabilities, this sci-fi device also includes five different battle phrases vocalized by Optimus Prime. A third mode emits the unique sound of Optimus Prime converting from a truck to battle robot mode and back. We found the helmet's sound to be clear, loud and easily understood, no matter which mode you are in or what tone of voice you use. The helmet is designed to fit everyone from age five on up thanks to adjustable straps inside the headgear that provide a custom fit. We quickly learned that the key to comfort is to make sure the headgear fits securely on your head and not on the bridge of your nose. The Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet was such a massively huge hit with our test group kids {and our editors}... and especially Transformers fans... All of us also agreed that it makes for a great Halloween get-up and it's mega-cool way for adults to loosen up and reconnect with their kids. What better way to escape the pressures of Earth than to put on a helmet and rule the entire galaxy? For this reason and so many more this is our Number One Toy Pick for 2007 and easily snagged up one of our Editor's Choice Awards! UB

John Mundazio works for one of the numerous publishing companies in the New York metropolitan area which is currently planning a bold takeover of the parallel universe in which he occasionally resides with several of his imaginary friends and at least two of the strange voices in his head. But he is confident it is not the one you're thinking of at this very moment. Convinced that Susie-Q's are indeed a food group and that no REAL list of fun toys is ever really complete without mentioning "Log"— that quintessential Ren and Stimpy Show toy that boldly dared to go where no toy ever could... "The Dazed-Meister" refuses to partake in anything which requires him to dress up like Wonder Woman or sing the theme song from The Partridge Family in its entirety. He also opposes floatation devices of any sort.
