The
Couch is an absolutely irreverent sometimes paranoid,
occasionally obsessive compulsive...look at life through the
eyes of a babbling pop psychology, self-help based guru of sorts
with plenty of experience, indefinable wisdom and that which
could be classified as complete neurosis... Woody Allen would be
oh so proud. Thought-provoking insight and candid humor about
relationships, life, raising children, how to successfully pick
up men and women, harmless compulsions, a delusion or two... and
of course, everything that falls in between. An interesting
perspective on the way most of our pseudo-dysfunctional
relationships are often perceived. "Last evening I had the
desperately sinking feeling that while I was asleep Martha
Stewart was trying to break into my home... apparently she only
wanted to discuss my overwhelmingly frightening preoccupation
with sex and floral drapery patterns." The Couch is usually
at odds with society's farcical dilemma concerning the age old
question of what's considered to be "acceptable"
and... what causes lasting ethical and moral side effects.
