CPA since 1976, Member of the esteemed Pennsylvania Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, Member of American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. With over thirty-two years of
accounting, auditing, tax and financial experience in the field
of public accounting William’s areas of expertise include––
accounting and tax preparation for small businesses; public
authorities and small businesses; in budgeting and forecasting;
cash flow projection and control. William has worked in all
phases of accounting and auditing for government and small
businesses. Some of William’s more personal qualities include
the ability to solve a variety of accounting, administrative and
tax related problems and to coordinate and manage projects in a
logical and procedural manner. William J. Hergenroeder and
Associates was founded in 2002 by William J. Hergenroeder on the
principle of commitment to providing personal service and
producing the highest quality work. To advance efforts in this
regard, the firm is a member of the private Companies Practice
Section of the Division for CPA Firms of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants. As a member of this particular
section, the firm periodically undergoes peer reviews of their
accounting and audit practice and system of quality control.

unqualified opinion. The firm presently provides all of the
