"I have lived my entire life in
various Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, suburban areas. Fortunately,
frequent business trips to several parts of the world broadened
those horizons in a truly profound way. Early career endeavors
included project engineering for various steel companies and
companies servicing the steel industry. Positions held included
Senior Project Manager. Manager of Engineering, and Vice
President of Engineering. Duties typically involved
implementation of capital expenditure projects ranging in value
up to $100 million dollars. A steady decline of the domestic
steel industry resulted in an epidemic of company failures and
the necessity to move on to other companies. Ultimately, I made
the decision to change careers resulting in a move to the
financial arena and my present job position, which I find to be
both challenging and exciting. At Prudential Securities, my
primary focus is on high net-worth clients, providing
comprehensive financial and investment solutions to assist the
client in the creation and protection of wealth. Through a
systematic evaluation of short and long-term objectives, a
personalized asset allocation strategy is developed,
specifically tailored to the client's needs and then implemented
and monitored on a periodic basis. The goal is to maximize
returns and minimize risk while shielding earnings from undue
taxes. Prudential has some of the finest financial services
available and as a part of this process I draw on these
resources to form a team dedicated to achieve these goals. I can
never guarantee investment results, but I can guarantee
unmatched customer service. I hold a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University as well as a B.S. in
Administration and Management Science, also from Carnegie Mellon
University and I hold a Masters of Business from The University
of Pittsburgh. I have been a Captain with the U.S. Army [6
months of active duty, 7 years in the reserves], an Instructor
at The Community College of Beaver County, teaching both Algebra
and Financial Mathematics, an Instructor at Fort Monmouth Radar
Repair School teaching Electronics. I am a Registered Financial
Advisor in 13 states and a Registered Engineer in 2 states."
